Data controller

The website worldal.fr is published by Worldal, a digital creator based in Le Mans, France. For any question about your personal data, write to contact@worldal.fr.

Data we collect

• Contact form: name, email address, subject and message. This information is only used to answer your request.
• Anti-spam protection: a reCAPTCHA v3 score provided by Google is used to tell humans apart from bots. Google may process technical data for this calculation.
• Submission limits: your IP address is used to limit the form to three messages per hour.
• Preferences: your chosen language is stored in the worldal_lang cookie (30 days), and your light or dark theme in your browser local storage.
• Audience measurement: Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, enabled in production, measure performance and traffic in aggregated form.

Purposes and retention

Your messages are processed to answer your quote or information request. They are kept in the mailbox for as long as needed for that purpose, and deleted on request.

Processors

The website is hosted by Vercel. Messages are sent through Resend for email delivery. Editorial content is managed with Sanity. No visitor data is sold or used for advertising.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@worldal.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Security

The website is served over HTTPS with security headers (HSTS, Content-Security-Policy). The form never asks for banking details or passwords.
